"Spanish activists raise money to sue bank boss at center of financial crisis."
That might be worth an article. Someone has just mentioned 'crowd sourced litigation' on the site you linked to. Interesting idea.

"the food writers stop demonising saturated fat."
I thought it was generally agreed that they were bad in large quantities, so they've already been demonised. Are you saying that Grunge writers should stand up for them in some way?

One of my favourite novelists, Martin Amis, was on Radio 4 this morning. Talking about his 'state of England' novel tackling celebrity culture, tack, vulgarity etc. Actually he was quite complementary about Katie Price despite the stuffy set up of questions by James Naughtie. He said she was impressed by her resourcefulness and intimated that there are humans behind our perceptions of taste and morality; she cares for a severely handicapped child and is an inventive woman. Refreshing to hear him not attack her personally. Conversely when told by Naghtie, again stuffily, that the England Manager speaks 4 managers and appreciates Amis books, Amis told him what he thought of Hodgeson's tactics. Ever the realist. That's what we like about Amis.

Do you remember when this malarkey started and we all said, "but where will it lead to?" Well it's lead there. Now wait for one parent babies, then no parents babies -then the end of human life. Perhaps it will be the age of the two parent families again, for instance wombats or meerkats even.
