a boring chore to

I would not seek my entertainment
there ... the first principle of budgeting
is to not spend money that you haven't got,
second is to use the law to claim what is yours
this is also extremely boring and involves ditching
the fancy rhetoric, taking a pragmatic approach and
thirdly keeping records ... of anything that is at all related ...
