well that was 
interesting. Apparently 
when her neighbours bought
their house they were shown a right 
of way through the bottom of her property


she was told it just was a right of way 
with conditions ... and had put 
up hedges and stuff to 
indicate that 


now they've 
raised a dispute 
about it which is making
it difficult for her to sell up
