why they go on people s rooves is if you are trapped 
inside that building …
in which case no you wouldn’t be able to look at other 
sites , there are very few vacant sites and you 
don’t know who owns them until after 
you’ve been shown round ...  At some of them you are shot  
instantly either for looking or for turning them  down ...
